Human Rights is based on the guiding principles of the mission of
the Missionary Sisters of St. Charles Borromeo, Scalabrinians.
It wants to be an active presence in human mobility, offering
its contribution to reflection on the theme of migration. It
also wants to raise the awareness of society and provide legal assistance for the defence and
promotion of the rights of migrants and refugees. |

Paul VI, the Pontifical Council for Pastoral Care of Migrants
and Itinerant People has the task of studying and
appliying the Pastoral for "people on the move: migrants,
exiles, refugees, fishermen and seafarers,
airworkers, road transport workers, nomads, circus workers,
funfair people, pilgrims and tourists. |
